Recipe: Pepper Crusted Yellowfin

1 Tuna Steak |
8oz |
Coarse Cracked Black Pepper |
¼ Cup |
Pinch of Salt |

Sesame oil |
1tspn |
Olive oil |
1tblspn |
Red Wine |
¼ Cup |
Brown Sause |

 Evenly coat steak with pepper. Heat both oils in skillet until hot, almost smokeing. Carefully place tuna in skillet for 15-20 seconds. Remove and let skillet regain heat. Cook other side of tuna the same. Remove from pan. Put red wine in pan and deglaze. Add brown sauce to wine and simmer. Place rare tuna back into the pan with wine sauce and heat to desired temperature. Serve immediately with brown rice or soba noodles. |
