Recipe: Mauna Loa Mahi

Mahi Fillets Skinless |
8oz |
Macadamia Nuts Crushed |
¼ Cup |
Cocunut Milk |
½ Cup |
Butter |
1tblspn |
Miso Paste |
1tspn |
White Wine |
¼ Cup |
Sugar |
1tblsn |
 Soften butter and coat mahi. Pat nuts into the butter coated fillet. In a saute pan, combine miso, sugar and wine and cocunut milk. Mix until smooth. Simmer until creamy. Pour over mahi and roast in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. If creamy mixture appears to thicken, add wine to thin. Serve with green vegetables and rice. |
